Incy – Incident Reporting System at your service
Have you noticed anything unusual in your study environment or do you want to give a development tip? Xamk has introduced a new incident reporting tool, Incy. Incy aims to make reporting anomalous events and different ideas easier to Xamk.
The reporting tool is available to both students and staff. When, for example, various development ideas, harassment, or data protection breaches are reported through Incy, the observation data is transferred by location and category to the right persons in each area of responsibility.

Report a New Observation: Improvement Idea
Xamk offers both students and staff a low-threshold opportunity to be involved in the development of the organization’s operations. Xamk also wants to encourage everyone to create something new. In Incy’s Improvement idea section, you can leave ideas related to the study environment or campuses. All ideas are considered.
A development idea or initiative can be related to, for example, the comfort of students, the implementation of teaching, or it can be an idea of a completely new operating model that you hope to be used.

Report a New Observation: Organizational Responsibility
Acting responsibly is one of Xamk’s values and environmental responsibility is essential part of that. Xamk holds the WWF Green Office certificate, which obliges the organization to reduce the carbon footprint and use natural resources wisely.
If you notice deficiencies in responsibility on campuses or in study environments, you can report the findings through Incy’s Organization Responsibility section.
The findings may relate to the Green Office environmental program, sustainable development or environmental protection. You can also leave your ideas on practical eco-efficiency measures that can achieve concrete results for nature.
