The long-awaited student discount is finally within reach for students! For holders of an approved student card, we are now offering an incredible 20 percent discount on all MEGA and FLEX routes.

OnniBus is providing a 20 percent student discount on all OnniBus routes. On the Lapin F42 and F43 routes, the student benefit is even 50 percent. Trips can be booked starting from Monday, September 4th, 2023.

Here’s how to avail the student discount:

  1. Select the discount “OPISKELIJA” (STUDENT) from the OnniBus ticket shop’s search engine.
  2. Find a suitable trip and reserve your ticket.
  3. Show your student card to the driver during ticket inspection.

  • The discount applies only to OnniBus departures.
  • We accept both physical and digital student cards with the Matkahuolto logo.
  • The student card must be valid at the time of ticket inspection.
  • The student card should have an intact validity sticker.
  • The card must be presented to the driver along with the ticket.
  • Tickets purchased from the driver are not eligible for the student discount.
